If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service within the first 7 days of signing up, we will gladly refund your first month of membership.
3How can I track how much time I have used for the month or each month?
Your virtual assistant will be able to track and report usage to date based on your preferences. You can view your usage. Additionally, you can request for weekly updates, daily updates, or monthly updates.
4What if my virtual assistant is not a good match?
We match our virtual assistants based on clients needs and our assistants experience. If you are not satisfied with your assistant, we will transition you to another assistant.
